We are looking for Qualified Social Workers to join their dedicated Children with Disabilities (CWD) service. ✅ What we are looking for

The successful candidate will bring passion, professionalism, and a commitment to improving outcomes for children with disabilities. You will need:

• 🎓 Diploma or Degree in Social Work (essential)
• 📋 Right to work in the UK — visa sponsorship can be transferred for candidates with UK experience
• 👥 Post-qualification experience within frontline social work teams
• 📚 Up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation including the Children Act, Care Act, and safeguarding frameworks
• ❤️ A child-centred approach with a genuine commitment to supporting disabled children and their families
• 🧩 Ability to work creatively and flexibly within a multi-agency setting
• 🤝 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and partner agencies
• 📊 Competent assessment and report writing skills with attention to detail
