As a Delivery Analyst, you’ll be an early-career consultant supporting the delivery of audit, risk, and compliance solutions. You’ll help with discovery and requirements capture, translate requirements into technical design documents, configure and iterate Diligent One prototypes, deliver enablement training, and follow the standard project methodology to deliver on time and in scope. 💻

🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of client delivery. Your key duties include:
- 🎯 Utilize product and domain expertise to deliver customer requests and create a delightful customer experience
- ⏱️ Own timely and quality delivery of the services requested by customers
- 🤝 Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Senior Managers, and Managers to ensure new service requests are handled appropriately or routed to the correct teams
- 📋 Document and maintain standard operating procedures for performing customer-specific requests
- 🧠 Consult with global implementation and customer success teams to provide technical guidance and help customers leverage more value from the product
- 🔍 Support discovery and requirements capture by reviewing client documentation and helping lead discovery workshops
- 📐 Translate requirements into technical design documents under the guidance of senior advisors
- 🛠️ Configure and iterate Diligent One prototypes and deliver enablement training
- 📊 Maintain issue logs and follow the standard project methodology to deliver on time and in scope
✅ What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for an early-career consultant ready to grow in GRC. You will need:
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 🗣️ Ability to effectively engage customer personnel in solution discussions to resolve issues regarding compliance, vendor management, information security and/or risk management requirements and goals
- 🔥 Strong passion for Compliance, Vendor Management, Information Security and/or Risk Management
- 🤝 Ability to work as part of a team in tight timeframes and respond quickly in an ever-changing environment
- 📊 Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- 💼 2–3 years of experience in an internal or external client-facing or consulting role
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!)
- 🎓 Undergraduate degree in a relevant area (Business Administration, Compliance Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security, or MIS)
- 🧰 Experience with GRC and/or analytics tools
- ☁️ Experience in a platform-based product/solution
